Imagine you are the manager of a store. You have an employee who is constantly late for work and who seems unmotivated when they are at work. How will you deal with this situation? I would talk to my employee that constantly coming late for work and give them a deal or 3 strike if you come keep coming late i will legit fire you or i would ask them why are they coming late if they give me a good excuse i will let go or give that person a vacation break and let him or she to start fresh working for me. I think i will be the best manager ever.
