What does this story teach you about customer service, customer loyalty, customer relations and the customer experience?

I didn't really understand what he was trying to say i don't think he pointed out the customer service. But i think he's trying to tell us all business need good customer service to have a good business in the business industry. if you have a good customer service and know how to talk you'll make more money and better love from the customer. okay that's all i got.
